Fall Run. Evening. Solo.

You know it’s a good run when you hit the hill and you say to yourself, “Well, hooray! I’m finally to the good part.” And you aren’t even kidding.

You know it’s a good run when you realize you’re passing people left and right without even marking them.

You know it’s a good run when you don’t have to worry about being too hot or too cold and the word “dehydration” never crosses your mind.

You know it’s a good run when you feel like you’re going fast, even though you aren’t pushing too hard.

You know it’s a good run when your legs are practically moving themselves.

You know it’s a good run when you come home and dinner is already on the table.

  1. Yea that does sound like it would add up to a pretty amazing run. I especially like the thought of coming home to dinner on the table. 😀
